Quayside Seafood, Mouthwatering seafood with Magnificent View of Clarke Quay

Isn't it's nice to dine in a scenic tourist spot of Singapore? Quayside Seafood serves local food and seafood delicacies while having a majestic view of Clarke Quay.

Clarke Quay is another famous tourist spot in Singapore. This place is well known for it's live bands, night parties and the beautiful riverside scenery. 

One of the nicest restaurant we found while strolling around here is Quayside Seafood. What caught our attention is its Chili Crab. It looks so big and we've been missing eating crab so we decided to have our dinner here.

First, lets rate their customer service. It is one of the best customer service we had experienced. Our waiter is very polite and attentive to our needs. They provide apron and a bowl of water with lemon for hand washing. Big thumbs up for that!

Now for the food, at first, I'm a bit hesitant to order their Grilled Sambal Stingray. Thanks to Joy's persuasion to order this, I had a chance to try for the first time a stingray meat.

I love stingray meat, its not as soft as fish meat but its not as hard as beef meat. It doesn't have any weird fishy after taste. For the Grilled Sambal Stingray as a whole, the sauce is very flavorsome. Our only concern is the sauce was not absorbed by the stingray's meat.

For vegetable, we ordered Kangkong. It's serving is good for 10 people.We all love the way it was cooked. It is has right level of spiciness for us.

This shrimp platter is good for 4 servings. At first it looks like an ordinary dish but when it enters your mouth, it has unique good taste. Not so dry and not so salty.

This chicken has good plating and looks very appetizing.

Chili Crab is one of the signature dish they offer. First let talk about it's size... it is huge! The claws are almost as big as chicken drumstick. So meaty! The crab itself tastes freshly cooked and the chili sauce is flavorful.

Lastly, it's ambiance is lovely. Imagine eating your delicious food while feasting your eyes with vibrant riverside scenery of Clarke Quay! The restaurant itself was elegantly designed. The lighting is perfect and the arrangement feels spacious.
